As an entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience and expertise in the security industry, Sebastian Tyroller is now a leading expert in security services such as guarding and property protection, event protection, security analyses and the transportation of valuables in Munich and throughout Germany. Sebastian Tyroller is the founder and managing director of P3 Security GmbH and knows the needs of his customers inside out. Together with his team, he knows how to set new benchmarks and quality standards in terms of professionalism, commitment and reliability when handling customer orders. As one of only a few TÜV-certified specialists in Europe, he not only trains hard and consistently, but also challenges and encourages his well-trained team. His clients value him as a competent advisor at their side, who discusses all security-related issues with them, protects them from making the wrong decisions and helps them to protect their company, their loved ones and their assets from any damage in the long term.

To date, P3 Security GmbH is one of the few security companies to have successfully passed the new, particularly comprehensive “DIN 77200:2017” (certification for security services). This proves the high performance and quality of all P3 security services offered and provides you with objective proof of quality.
Of course, P3 Security GmbH is also certified in accordance with “DIN ISO 9001”, which is also regularly audited by DEKRA experts.
As a result, we also place very high demands on our employees. We work exclusively with a team of hand-picked and specially trained security experts. In addition to comprehensive minimum requirements for the basic training of our employees, we look for strong social and intercultural skills as well as many years of work and life experience when selecting our P3 employees.
An assignment is only carried out after a comprehensive official check and approval of the employee in the guard register of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community (BMI). We also ensure the high performance quality of our security staff through regular training and coaching programs. Our training program includes, for example, several years of training as a personal protection specialist, regular shooting and driver training, fire safety training, first aid training and de-escalation training. Because our declared aim is to offer our customers a high and consistent quality of our security services with every assignment.
