Your main tasks at a glance:

• No one is as closely connected to our staff as you: you draw up employment contracts, references and individual measures and put the finishing touches to them.
• Are you aware of the benefits of digitization and don’t want to deal with paperwork? Great! So save resources and the environment and take care of your personnel files digitally.
• You will provide our specialists and managers with advice, support and suitable answers to personnel-related questions.
• You conduct staff appraisals and always strike the right tone, as you know exactly whether criticism, feedback, motivation or a strong shoulder is needed.
• You can visibly record your progress and successes in your personal HR management tool.
• Not only do you welcome new employees to our team, you also register them properly. And if someone does leave, you can also process the deregistration effortlessly.

Your qualifications:

• You are simply good with people. That’s why you have successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR management or alternatively an apprenticeship in HR.
• You feel comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have already gained HR experience in the past.
• You are a real organizational talent and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• Together with your colleagues, you want to achieve great things and celebrate success as a team.
• Business management and thinking are also firmly anchored in your HR DNA.
• Last but not least, you feel confident using a PC (Mac) and communicate effortlessly with your colleagues and contacts in German and English.
