Your main tasks at a glance:
- Our entire team looks forward to your support as you ensure that all employees are paid on time and in full in financial and payroll accounting via DATEV.
- Nothing remains hidden from your trained eye and your overall view, so that you can always provide information as a contact person for questions about outgoing invoices.
- In your responsible job, you will be in close contact with tax advisors and tax authorities.
- You reconcile our balance sheet and P&L accounts on a monthly basis.
- How successful has our team been? You can answer this question by preparing the monthly and annual financial statements.
- You can adapt our existing cost centers and expand them as required.
- You are welcome to become active yourself and use your individual freedom by constantly improving our accounting systems.
- You always have an overview in the jungle of figures. You can read, evaluate and interpret the figures and report on them to management.
Your qualifications:
- You have completed your commercial training with great pleasure and success; alternatively, you have comparable qualifications
- You have come to know and love accounting and have therefore already gained at least 3 years of professional experience.
- You are also very familiar with DATEV.
- Thanks to your organizational talent, you work independently, are very careful and extremely structured.
- You are happy to take on a lot of personal responsibility in your specialist area.
- You can communicate flawlessly with your contacts in German and English.
