The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we inform you below about the processing and use of your data in the context of the online application, in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations.
Data collection
In the process of your online application, we collect and process the personal details such as e.g. name, date and place of birth, nationality, questions regarding current and previous experiences, driver’s license, address, contact data, certifications etc.
Purpose of data collection/ disclosure of data
Your personal data will only be collected and processed for the purpose of filling positions within P3 Security GmbH. Your data will only be forwarded to the internal departments and persons of P3 Security GmbH who are responsible for the respective application procedure. Your application data will not be used or passed on to third parties beyond this.
Retention period for application data
Your personal data will be deleted automatically three months after completion of the application process. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage.
Storage for future job vacancies
If we are unable to offer you a current position, but consider that your application may be interesting for future vacancies based on your profile, we will store your personal application data for three years, provided that you expressly agree to such storage and use.
Right to information and revocation
